Options for Parents
Often when a family is experiencing parent/child conflict, the parent requests services or advice from the Juvenile Department. We have therefore compiled, for your consideration, the following list of possible community resources and alternatives where you may find help for your problems.
Learn about the warning signs of an alcohol or drug problem and who to contact if your child is having problems with alcohol or drugs.
Access the contact information for various family counseling services in the area.
See what to do if your family is having physical problems.
Find resources for your children if they are having problems at school.
